This Eastlake Windsor Pattern lever door bell is completely lost wax cast, the same method as fine jewelry-making. This bell is mounted on the interior side of a door, and is then activated by a lever handle on the outside of the door. Standard finish is the Hi-Lo Antique Brass Finish, or our matte black Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish is available. This bell has an outside diameter of 4 1/2", with the screw tabs adding an extra 1/2" each.

The bell can be mounted directly on the door, or it can be used with a chain for offset mounting (we do not sell the chain). This mechanical bell is operated by an Eastlake style, Windsor pattern doorbell lever operator. This operator would be mounted on the outside of a door, and when pulled down, would operate the mechanical doorbell on the inside of the door.

The lever operator measures 5 1/4" high by 1 7/8" wide. Fits a standard door size of 1 3/4 thick. At listing time, we had only one picture of this set in Hi-Lo Antique Brass Finish.

We have provided a sample picture of our Matte Black Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish for reference only. The prices shown are for one set, which has one mechanical bell and one lever operator, as shown in the main picture.
