Rare English Grandfather Clock Bracket of 15 Graduated chime Brass Bells. Fresh from a midwest estate, prior owner was a clock repairer and collector, this is from his estate. This bell brackets is from a 17th/18th century grandfather clock.

Original clock graduated multi-bell bell brackets like this are very rare, they are difficult to find any information on. The bell sizes are graduated and range from the smallest at 1.75 inches diameter to the largest at approximately 3.25 inches. All bells sound nice when struck. Overall length of wood bell bracket holder is 18 inches. All the bells can shift slightly downward and then slightly upward in pairs, except last smallest bell which shifts by itself.

Condition: bells have no chips, dents or cracks. All attached firmly to board. I have not cleaned or shined anything- all in original and in as found condition.
