Antique Swiss 1950s Brass Cow Bell Colourful Fringed Strap Brass EMBLEMS & SANTIS. It is in excellent condition and is 20cm tall x 8.5cm at the widest point. It has two emblems made from brass and has "SANTIS" written on the leather strap under those emblems.
