Nice Quality Brass Bell Striking French Mantle Clock. A good 8 day French bell striking mantle clock. The movement is signed Japy Freres and is in nice clean condition.

It is ticking away and striking when the hands are manually rotated. There is a bell, key and pendulum included and the two springs are good and fully wound. The wooden framed brass case is very well made with nice mounts, side rings and a top mounted urn all in good shape. And would polish up well if required. The bezel is good and has thick bevelled glass with a few minor scratches with will probably polish out. The cream enamel dial is good with Roman numerals and nicely shaped hands along with a filigree centre piece. Postal costs refer to UK mainland addresses.
