Ancient, Hand Hammered Temple Bells/Gongs. Chinese Cascading Bells Gongs Set of 4 Hand Hammered Engraved Antique. Here is a Set of 4 Cascading Brass Temple Bells or Gongs, as they must be struck to resonate with the most beautiful sounds. Each bell is hand hammered and decorated with Chinese symbols and lettering.

They range in size from 8" down to 4", the third bell is missing his original holder, (pictured). There are some dents in the bells, but I do not imagine it effects the beautiful sound. This was a very fine estate find-one of a world traveler who loved Asian artifacts.

PLEASE NOTE: I have not cleaned or even buffed these bells-they are in as found condition and have a wonderful patina, but there is evidence of metal polish on the rims. TAKING PRIDE IN ALL I SELL & THOSE I HAVE MET ALONG MY JOURNEY.
