You are looking at this beautiful small French antique Cartel wall clock with bell strike.. Fully working but needs restoration. Only 4 issues all listed below in the description. This clock strikes a bell on the half hour and as many times it is on the full hour.

Key wind and fully working (see movie). Pendulum seems fixed to the front of the clock behind the dial. Beautiful small 43cm case in gilt brass or bronze and very heavy.

Enamel dial with some damage around the right winder (see pictures). Front opening door but is without glass, i t would be very easy to have a new one fitted by a professional. The bronze figure has something missing from the raised arm. I do not have a key available but assure that I just wind it with another and the winders are tested and perfect. He is working in full now on my wall.

Unfortunately with some clocks it is not a matter of unpacking them, putting the pendulum on and away they go. Do not struggle yourself if you are not familiar with the workings of clocks as you may damage the clock. Please seek professional help with your local clockmaker who can physically show you what to do. Most clocks will be ok and will not need any additional adjustments but please bear in mind this may not be the case. For your piece of mind we test all our clocks here before they are sent out and any issues are either sorted or described in the add, the clock will not have any problems as they are tested vigorously before sending, we also show them fully working via our movie footage.
