Brass And Porcelain Servants Bell Lever

Servants bell pull, made of brass and white porcelain. Would be fun to mount on a wall, possibly if creative it could be rigged to an electric bell or spring type bell. It is about 5 inches long. The screw and nut that hold the ceramic know to the handle appear to have been replaced.
