The original brass bell Victor horn was found inside this conic jacket cover in Rockville, Connecticut about 1979. It was part of a large museum collection from then until about 2001. The horn would be an excellent piece to go on a Victor Monarch, Victor III, Monarch Special, or Victor IV.
This jacket cover good be displayed along side the horn or machine. It fits into a standard size Victor elbow. The finish is untouched original and the brass bell in nearly 100% dent free.
