Antique Swiss Cow Bell Leather Strap Brass Alpine Trychel Farmhouse 7 Bell

Wonderful rustic alpine farmhouse look with heavy age, patina, oxidation, leather wear, and original character. Bell measures approximately 7" long x 3.5" wide.

Leather strap measures approximately 45" long x 2.5" wide. Bell has a wooden clapper inside and produces a deep rustic ring. The bell appears to be an older working-style alpine cow bell, sometimes referred to as a Swiss cow bell or trychel-style bell.

It has a brass-toned / coppery metal body with heavy surface patina, verdigris, oxidation, finish loss, and age-related wear. The leather strap is dry, worn, curled, and weathered, with old hardware and buckle present. A beautiful display piece for Swiss alpine decor, primitive farmhouse decor, rustic lodge decor, barn decor, or bell collectors.
