Has the same engraving as the original. Appears to be created in 1926. At the front center are are the names of John Pass and John Stow, who twice re-casted the cracked Liberty Bell and failed at which point the project was given to another foundry. Proclaim LIBERTY Throughout all the Land. Unto all the Inhabitants Thereof. By Order of the Assembly of the Province. Of Pensylvania For the State House in Philada.
