Antique Old Alarm Brass & Cast Bell Patent Date 1876 Fire School Alarm Boxing. This is a fresh estate find Brass & Cast iron antique bell wall mount. The back has 3 patent dates 1872, 1872 and 1876. It works well pull the metal lever and the bell rings loud. The bell it self measures 4 7/8'' wide by 6'' long excluding the metal lever stick. Not for certain what it was used for possibly for Fire House, School maybe for Boxing you be the judge. Condition: works well bell is loud, top mount hole is missing, minor rust and age wear.
