Antique Modified Brass Cow Bell Handle Added

On offer is an antique brass cow bell which looks as if a wooden handle was added at a later stage. There is a maker's name stamped under the handle but I can't make it out. The bell itself measures 9cm x 6cm x 9.5cm tall and the handle is 11cm tall. It is in good, used condition.
