Antique Mission San Juan Capistrano Bell

Exquisite 100-year-old bronze Mission San Juan Capistrano mini replica bell. Lovely, clear, high pitched ring (audio in video). 2 3/4 inches tall, 2 3/8 inch diameter. Excellent, pristine condition with a luscious patina. Designed and cast by Mrs. Forbes of the Forbes Foundry of Los Angeles, California between 1914 and 1937, this is a replica of one of the bells hanging at the mission. Forbes visited many of the missions and sketched what she could see of the bells hanging in the towers, replicating them in miniature in her foundry.
