Features rope design with French top ribbon bow and central cherub on pedestal. Has top spider for crystals, which can be removed- up to you. Has 6 sparkling crystal octagon chains from top to lower arms. Has crystal chain connecting arms.

Has 6 medium tear drop combination crystal pairs on top spider and 6 larger pairs on each bobeche. Was likely a candle chandelier to begin with judging how the wiring is somewhat external.

Opening in pedestal piece beneath the cherub as shown- likely for wiring purposes.
