Antique Bronze Bell 7 Wide No Clapper

8.75" Tall by 7" Wide. Would make a great gift for a special occasion, or keep for yourself. Nice older bronze bell here. No markings as to maker and no clapper comes with this bell. We can therefore better control our acquisition costs, keep commission costs low (if applicable), and finally, we don't have the overhead that the higher end houses and galleries pass on to their clients.

Nicely designed Bronze Bell for your decor needs here. The bell has a nice patina to it. The clapper for the bell is not in place. No maker's mark that we can observe. Nice cast iron hanger securely affixed to the top of the bell.

Some chipping along the rim of the base of the bell. Some old paint on the bell. Some minor chipping along the base of the bell. Some paint run on the inside of the bell body. Some blackish material on the outside of the bell body that scratches off.

The Antique Bronze Bell itself is 8" tall by 6-7/8" across at the base. The bell weighs a little over 8 pounds. No cracks in the bell body. The bell has a nice true ring to it.
