Antique Brass Animal Farm Bell with Leather Strap, Signed/Star Mark on side. Not sure of the exact details for age and origin. Has a star mark on the top side of bell right under strap. Also looks like a name on side under star mark.

Brass Bell measures 3" tall, 3" wide at bottom, and 2 1/2 front to back at bottom. The pin that holds the bell to the strap looks like it might be made of bone, but not entirely sure. It also looks like the bell may have been repaired at the bottom side. Please see photos for details.
