Antique Asian Bronze Elephant Bell

ANTIQUE ASIAN BRONZE ELEPHANT BELL. No markings as to origin, but similar bells are from Asia. It appears to be made of brass which has been coated.

The elephant design is embossed and the ear on one side has a scrape in the coating. The upper right side has a ding in the metal and there are raised pieces of metal on the body. The bell measures approximately 6" from top to bottom with a 3 1/2" x 1 1/2 base and weighing about a pound and half.
