Crafted with the finesse of early 20th-century design, this Canterbury brass servant bell is a tangible piece of history. With its distinguished tulip shape and bronze finish, it evokes the ambiance of the Edwardian era, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate antique aesthetics. The bell, suitable for service calls or as a decorative piece, can be placed in any room to add a touch of vintage charm. This authentic piece, unboxed and ready to be a part of your collection, was manufactured between 1930 and 1939 in England. It stands at a quaint 4 inches in height and has a width of 2 inches.

Its flower pattern and antique brass finish capture the essence of its time, while the brass material ensures durability. This bell, bearing the craftsmanship of an earlier period, is a testament to the intricate work of the past. Bell is in good condition and it is amazing holding something like this in my hand imagining the life it had before coming to me.

Obviously it's old dating back to the early 20th century making it from Edwardian times. I don't dare try to clean it, it's got a patina and I don't want to accidently turn it into an old-new bell.

It's charm is partly its age and partly in the artistry that went into making it. Some guilding has rubbed away over the last 90+ years so don't be surprised by that. To me it's a feature because I want antiques to show they've lived a life already and this is just the latest chapter in it's history. This little piece of authentic Art-Deco charm is gorgeous.
