1650's Pair Baroque Candlesticks Candle Holders Bronze / Bell Metal. Here is a rare and impressive find. Antique pair of lathe turned brass or bell metal candlesticks, dating back to the 17th century. Typical Baroque style on octagonal bases. De-accessed from a Massachusetts museum - The Worcester Historical Museum. Painted in red accession number remains on the bottom of each. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE FOR MORE PHOTOS! 6" tall x 4.75" x 4.75 at the base. Weighs 1 lb 10 oz.

Condition: Good/ Very Good overall. Great patina developed over the centuries. Small casting imperfection at the base of one. One has an old metal bolt reinforcement on the underside on the screw side of the body.
