Antique 14lb Brass Bell Weight VR Scales/Door Stop

This is a fantastic Victorian Brass Bell weight, 14lb, for weighing scales, but could be used as a doorstop if you so wish! Has VR 6 stamp and a faded/not fully stamps VR 14lb (I assume).

The base is well stamp, possibly with date marks of when it was tested. Starting in 1893 and ending in 1928. The base has a Crown stamped 155 and 75.

155 under the crown could suggest Leominster. It measures 20.5cm/8 in height.
