7 Brass Boxing Ring Bell

This is the 7 diameter brass bell from a 1940's-50's boxing ring. When I received it the bell was badly tarnished, couldn't tell it was actually brass. One of the 2 internal springs was broken, and the pull lever was totally missing. Sooooo I lovingly polished the brass bell, I installed a new spring, and I manufactured a pull rod with aluminum knob (see green pull rod). The bell is mechanical operation, and LOUD. BACK STORY: evidently during the time the internal parts of the bell were inoperative, evidently the "Timer" person apparently hit the bell with a metal object because if you look at the last photo above closely you can see slight dents/dings in the surface of the bell.
