Antique Sleigh Bells on Leather Strap Early 1900's (18 Bells) (50 1/2 long)

These are a set of antique sleigh bells which are made of metal. They are attached to a leather strap that would have wrapped around the horses' body. Sleigh bells were traditionally used unhorses or carriages to provide an audible warning of an approaching vehicle in the snow. This is the first time I have seen sleigh bells on this kind of leather strap. The strap and the bells are in good condition but of course show their age from use. One of the bells is broken.

It measures 50 1/2 inches long and is 5 1/2 inches wide at its widest point.
