Vintage Antique PRR Pennsylvania Railroad Brass Conductors Bell with Wooden Handle

9 7/8 high and measures approx. 4 3/4 in diameter at the bottom. It is in good condition showing light wear associated with age and use. The bell still rings very loud. The top brass ball is slightly off center but it doesn't take away from it at all.
