It works when wound, sounds kind of like Westminster chimes to me but out of tune. 8.75 wide 12 tall overall. Bell diameter are approximately 3. I cant find any markings anywhere. Please look at pictures carefully and ask any questions. Helpful comments are also appreciated. Came from my late fathers collection.
