Antique French Tortoishell & Gilt Brass Ormolu Mounted Mantle Clock Bell Strike. This lovely old clock is quite unrestored or messed around with. It does work but the movement would benefit from a clean. It has countwheel strike and steel suspension spring.

Porcelain plaque numerals are all perfect and there are no losses to the tortoiseshell. Back of case is ebonies. The pendulum itself may not be original. Clock would date from around 1890 I would think and stands about 16 high overall.
